from a retirement party
honoring Esther Johnson,
"the lady who put the JNF
Blue Box on wheels."
Mrs. Johnson, Hadassah
JNF chairman, is an avid
motorcyclist and arrived at
the party on the vehicle,
laden with Blue Boxes. With
retirement, she is planning
to devote full time to her
JNF and Hadassah activi-
ties.
She was honored at the
recent national Hadassah
convention in San Francisco
"for her dedication to Jew-
ish communal causes."
