He will assist Almogi in dealing with problems of Soviet, Arab and South American Jewries and will supervise the WZO's press and public relations prepa- rations for the upcoming World Zionist Congress. Eshed was a confidant of the late Premier David Ben- Gurion and has published research papers on interna- tional affairs.
