Mrs. Biber is a Hebrew Braillist and chairman of the Tri-County Braille Serv- ice of Detroit. Mrs. Hart- man is founder and chair- man of the Temple Beth El Braille Bindery. The Jewish Braille Insti- tute provides for the cul- tural and religious needs of the Jewish blind and serves sightless and partially sighted persons throughout the world without charge. Windsor JNF Dinner Slated Honoring Rabbi Stollman The Jewish Community of Windsor will honor Rabbi Samuel S. Stollman at the Negev Dinner to be held Sept. 1 at Cong. Shaar Hashomayim. Rabbi Stollman, spiritual leader of Cong. Shaar Hash- omayim for the past 27 years, will be honored "in recognition of his outstand- ing leadership contribution in public service on behalf of numberous important Jew- ish and non-denominational education, humanitarian and philanthropic causes at home and abroad."
