Dulzin Optimistic on Spanish Jewry JERUSALEM (JTA) — The United Israel Fund campaign in Spain is ex- pected to raise approxi- mately 50 percent more funds this year than it did last year, World Zionist Organization Treasurer Leon Dulzin reported on his return from a visit to Spain. He said the 11,000 Jews of Spain will have contributed some $600,000 to the fund.
