culminating a year of fund
raising with their 28th an-
nual dinner-dance 7 p.m.
June 9 at Cong. Shaarey
Zedek. Music will be pro-
vided by the Eddie Berg
Orchestra and comedian
Mark Sweet will entertain.
Among the recipients of
the group's efforts are the
Jewish Community Center
social program for emotion-
ally disturbed children and
adults. A group of retarded
children are sent to Camp
Brighton each summer and
the group furnishes medical

Women recently held their
election of officers. Those
elected include: president,
Annette Horwitz; vice
presidents Rose Weiner
and Irene Phillips; trea-
surer, Nancy Adelman;
and secretaries Tillie
Sherman, Anne Faber,
Zelda Kay, Clare Krueger,
Rose Potashnik and Anne
Silverstein.
An open board and drop-
off meeting will be held
noon Thursday at the home
of Rose Halprin,_6160 Cock_
ise, West Bloomfield. All
funds collected for credits
towards the annual dinner-
dance will be turned in at
the meeting.
