These in- clude child-care centers, ac- ademic and vocational schools, Arab women clubs and immigrant absorption centers. Special highlights will include a visit to the Knes- set, to be followed by a re- ception at the home of Israel President Ephraim Katzir; a visit to Ben-Gurion Uni- versity in Beersheva, where a new chair for Women's Studies has been estab- lished by Pioneer Women; the dedication of the Pi- oneer Women Beba Idelson World Center in Tel Aviv and a celebration of Israel Independence Day in Jeru- salem. The book gives a good guide to use of herbs as well as menu suggestions plus help- ful hints for the home- maker. It is not a kosher cookbook but does contain some Jewish favorites. Marinate 3 days. On third day add onion and toss. Add flour. Add sour cream, sugar and salt. Knead into a dough and refriger- ate for several hours until firm. Roll into nine-inch circles, using about 1/6 of the dough for each circle. Bake at 375° F. for 15 minutes, or until browned.
