Schoenbrun, long-time chief correspondent for CBS News, will appear at the reception-dinner on behalf of the State of Israel Bond drive. Rom, received his BS de- gree in Industrial Engineer- ing at the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. A sabra and veteran of the Yom Kippur War, he is working for a master's de- gree at the University of Michigan. He was chairman of the Technion Students' Association during his sen- ior year, at the institute.
