Introducing The Wood Shutter Blind

1 1-lb. can stewed tomatoes

2 tsps. Worcestershire sauce

1. tsp. salt
3 tbsps. margarine
Melt margarine in medium
saucepan. Add green pepper,
onion and minced garlic and sau-
tee about five minutes or until
tender. Stir in flour and cook for
one minute until smooth. Blend in
tomatoes, salt and Worcester-
shire sauce. Cook and stir until
mixture thickens. Add turkey
chunks, mix gently and simmer
covered for 10 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Serve over fluffy
rice, mashed potatoes or toast.

Who can serve turkey
without having leftovers?

done. As a result, one is al-
ways faced with the pros-
pect of "dressing up" the
turkey leftovers to make
them seem like a fresh
