Women Seek Toys and Clothes
for Ship-a-Box to Israel Project

Greater Detroit Section,
National Council of Jewish
Women, is seeking durable
and well-built toys and new
clothes, including hand-
made garments, seconds
and irregulars to be sent to
Israel for its Ship-a-Box
program.
Among the items deemed
acceptable to send to Israel
are: child guidance toys, doll
carriages, dolls, erector sets,
puzzles, toy kitchen uten-
sils, jump ropes, ping-pong
sets, soccer halls, checkers,
chess sets, dominoes and
musical instruments.
The Ministry of Welfare
in Israel will oversee distri-

married in a recent cere-
mony at Cong. Bnai Moshe.
Rabbis Moses Lehrman and
Stanley Rosenbaum offi-
ciated.
The bride is the daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Ship-
per of Kingshire Rd., South-
field. Parents of the bride-
groom are Mr. and Mrs.
Julius Bello of Plumbrooke
Dr., Southfield.
The bride wore her sis-
ter's ivory peau de soie gown
highlighted with embroi-
dered Alencon lace, a high
neck, chapel-length train
and floor-length veil of silk
illusion. She carried her
confirmation Bible adorned
with phalaenopsis, white
roses and Stephanotis.
Mrs. Gary S. Moss was
her sister's matron of
honor. Paula J. Shipper
was her sister's maid of
honor while Randee Hy-
man, Nancy Mazer, Lynn
Bello, sister of the bride-
groom, and Mrs. Lawr-
ence Bello were brides-
maids.
Lawrence Bello, brother
of the bridegroom, was best
man. Ushers were Gary
Moss, Stewart M. Shipper,
brother of the bride, David
Deitch, Richard Gartner
and Jay Hollander.
Also participating in the
ceremony were Jeffrey
Moss and grandparents
Mrs. Louis Hoberman, Ed-

Following a Nassau and
Miami Beach honeymoon
the couple will live in Lan-
sing.
