Argentinian's Book Charges Jews Infiltrated Church, World Bodies

BUENOS AIRES (JTA)
— A book titled "Argentina
Judia" (Jewish Argentina)
by a government official
who accused Judaism of
being the source of "inter-
national synarchy" that has
infiltrated major world in-
stitutions including "the
ranks of the (Catholic)
Church" was ,introduced
with fanfare at a press con,
ference here attended by
Church officials, academi--
cians and representatives of
the Libyan Embassy.
The author, Horacio Cald-
n, a member of the right-
ng Peronist Youth, was
confirmed as press director
of the Buenos Aires Na-
tional University. That posi-
tion was seen in circles here
as a reward for his book.
His'book is reminiscent of
the 19th Century work

"France Juive" (The French
Jew) by Eduard Drumont,
which- sparked anti-Semi-
tism in France when it was
published there.
At the pre'ss conference,
Calderon stated that the
"visible powers of Juda-
ism are known as interna-
tional synarchy whose
various prongs are Zionist
projects, Diaspora pro-
jects, Jewish-Christian
projects divided into capi-
talist, Communist, Ma-
sonic and Vatican interna-
tionals."
Regarding the alleged
Vatican international, the
author declared in his
speech that "it participates
actively in synarchic activ-
ity . . . and has been estab-
lished after a prolonged and
persistent process of Jewish

In the first 11: months of
1975, immigration of Soviet
Jews to Israel declined by 50
percent compared with the
same time span in 1974, and
by 75 percent compared
with the same time span
in 1973. From January
through NoveMber 1973 the
Russian immigration
amounted to 30,422; it was
16,033 in the same 11
months for 1974, but only
7,607 in the current year
1975.

Calderon espouses the
concept of "synarchy" devel-
oped by the late President
Juan D. Peron who viewed
all world events as the out-
come of a sinister link be-
tween capitalism, Commun-
ism, Freemasonry and the
church, all controlled in
some occult manner by
"international Judaism."
The philosophy was
strongly reminiscent of the
notorious 19th Century for-
gery, "The Protocols of the
Elders of Zion" although
Peron was not unfriendly to
Argentine Jews and his re-
gime maintained diplomatic
relations with Israel.
Calderon declared-in his
speech that his book places
Argentina among the non-
aligned countries. "Thus,
we shall stop being satel-
lites of imperialism and
particularly obedient in-
struments of the Kissinger
plan (U.S. Secretary of
State Henry A. Kissinger)
which concentrates occult
powers of Judaism and
international synarchy."
Last November, Calderon
was one of the signers of an

the first 11 months of 1975
from these two countries
was 2,648. In the previous
year, 1974, it was 3,162, and
in 1973 the aliya was 4,479.

The over-all record of im-
migration to Israel in the
months January through
November 1975 was 17,826
as compared with 30,317 in
1974 and 50;298 in 1973. The
immigration in the month
of November 1975 was 1,661
of whom 854 were from the
Soviet Union and 193 from
North America.

Buenos Aires newspapers
declaring that "A Palestine
state is the only peace possi-

The ad quotes PLO chieftain
Yassir Arafat and the late
President Peron.
The sponsors are Argen-
tine Cultural Palestine
House; Argentine Arab
Youth for the Liberation of
Palestine; and Palestine's
Voice. They expressed great
satisfaction over the suc-
cesses achieved by the PLO
at the United- Nations last
year and drew a distinction
between Judaism and Zion-
ism.
In that connection they
quoted views expressed by
the "Ikuf," the left-wing
anti-Zionist Federation of
Argentine Jewish Cultural
Bodies which attacked the

official representative or-
ganizations of Argentine
Jewry such as the DAIA,
the Buenos Aires Jewish
Community Council and
the Argentine Zionist Fed-
eration as perpetrators of
"international synarchy."
