2 cups sugar
1 cup safflower oil
cup plus 1 tbsp. cocoa
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsps. vanilla
1 cup liquid non-dairy coffee creamer
or low-fat milk
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Beat egg substitute and sugar. Add
oil and cocoa. Alternately add creamer
(milk) and remaining dry ingredients.
Add vanilla and nuts and mix well.
Grease 9x13-inch pan and bake 25
minutes at 350 degrees. Do not over-
bake as you want them to be slightly
chewy.

and escorted it to a landing
at Ben-Gurion Airport.
