"Bread Sculpture — The Edible Art" by Ann Wise- man contains detailed "blueprints" for making 22 sculptures, ranging from a green spinach-dough mer- maid to "hippopumper- nickel" bread and a mena- gerie including snake rolls, a dragon ring, owls, lions, crocodiles, doves and more.
