Lawrence M. Ginsberg, 26, of Brooklyn, an electri- cian, had accused Malcon, Inc. of Armonk, N.Y.; Peter R. Itialwenda, its president; and Ahchony P. JERUSALEM (JTA) — Reports leaked out from government circles that the establishment of four new settlements on the Golan Heights was being cont( :n- plated. The issue, it is un- derstood, came up at the Cabinet meeting, but no full discussion was held and no decision taken. Tourism Minister Moshe Kol- of the Independent Liberal Party, usually a dove, favored the four settlements, and it was understood that he raised the issue in the Cabinet. He is said to have argued that a decision on the settlements would be the appropriate reaction to the Ramat Mag- shimim attack. Memoriaml In loving memory of my dear brother Jack Levit- sky. British Chief Rabbi Will Visit Russia LONDON — The Chief Rabbi of the British Com- monwealth, Dr. Immanuel Jakobovits, will visit the Soviet Union. This is the first time that a Chief Rabbi of Jewish communities of the non-Communist world has been invited to the USSR. In the official statement released by the office of the chief rabbi, it was an- nounced that "the Chief Rabbi, Dr. Jakobovits plans to visit the USSR in re- sponse to several invitations he has received. The visit will last for 10 days and will take place during Decem- ber." It is understood that this unprecedented visit follows on prolonged contacts ini- tiated from the Russian side. The original invitation apparently came from the Moscow Synagogue Con- gregation. It was also learned that the Chief Rabbi only decided to go to Russia after invitations were re- ceived from a whole range of Jewish groups there. Arab Head Says `God Cursed Jews TEL AVIV — Said Nofel, assistant to the secretary- general of the Arab League, published an article in the November issue of the Cairo literary monthly Al Hilal which, based on the Koran and "Moslem religious sources," said in part: The Jews reached the ze- nith of their degradation, treachery and hatred of God and the monothestic faith in the Arabian peninsula dur- ing the time of the Prophet Mohammed. The Jews' aversion to hu- mane principles derived from their desire to main- tain their rule and influence among the Arabs. The article quotes a pas- sage from the Koran to the effect that "God cursed the Jews and he who bears the curse of Allah may find no ally."
