Cooperative Council of the
League of Jewish Women's
Organizations will have its
annual Hanuka celebration
noon-Tuesday at the main
Jewish Community Center.

Jewish patients from Clin-
ton Valley Hospital, Ypsi-
lanti State Hospital, North-
ville State Hospital, Lapeer
Hospital, Plymouth Train-
ing Center and Wayne
County General Hospital.

War of Liberation and was
appointed as the Jerusa-
lem liaison officer to the
families of soldiers. She
was appointed liaison for
women's affairs in the Is-
rael Embassy in Washing-
ton and worked in that
capacity until September
1967.

She spent 2 1/2 years in
South Africa when her late
husband, David Goitein, a
Supreme Court Justice, was
Israel's first Minister Pleni-
potentiary to that country.
Dorothy Tendler, vice
president of funds, is coordi-
nator of the donor luncheon.
Chana Michlin is chairper-
son and Adele. Mondry will
deliver the invocation.
Ruth Miller is president
of the Greater Detroit
Council of Pioneer Women.
