While in Detroit, a stop on their United States and Canada tour, the Panovs will perform two duets written by Panov: "The Lady and the Hooligan," to music by Shostakovich, and "Albinoni Adagio," seen only on Nov. 25. The couple also will perform excerpts from sev- eral romantic ballets by August Bournonville and contem- porary ballets. Tickets are on sale at Masonic Auditorium. Concert Is Due at OP Library A program of violin and piano music will be pre- sented 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Oak Park Library. Fe- dora Horowitz, concert pianist, and Emily Austin, violinist with the Detroit Symphony, will perform. The program includes Largo Cantabile for violin and piano, by Veracini, Son- ata Op. 94 in D Major for violin and piano by Proko- fieff, and Pictures at an Exhibition by Moussorgsky. The concert is sponsored by the Friends of the Oak Park Library. The public is invited, and there is no charge.
