Praise!

In a period known for its absence of leadership and many small na-
tions in the United Nations acting irresponsibly, it is refreshing to
observe the leadership of Daniel Moynihan, our new Ambassador to
the United Nations. After Idi Amin of Uganda viciously denounced the
United States and Israel Ambassador Moynihan responded with wis-
dom and courage. I urge everyone to write to Ambassador Moynihan
expressing appreciation for his leadership.
