THE DETROIT JEWISH NEWS
Mrs. Tillie Martin, Metro-
politan Detroit Chapter of
Hadassah president, will
join Israeli digintaries Mon-
day at the rededication cere-
monies of the Mt. Scopus
Hadassah Hospital in Jeru-
salem.
Mrs. Martin, and her hus-
band, Dr. Peter A. Martin,
and Mr and Mrs. Reuben
Bienstock will affix a me-
zuza to the door of the hos-
pital. Both of the women are
national directors of Hadas-

The original Mt. Scopus
facility was cut off from Is-

pendence in 1948 and was
later desolated. The hospital
was recovered as a result of
the Six-Day War. Since
then, Hadassah has con-
ducted a major rebuilding
and expansion program.
