The Jewish Community
Center will present a panel
discussion on "An Affair of
the Heart" 8 p.m. Oct. 28 at
the main Center.
The panel members are
Dr. Melvin Rubenfire, chief,
section of cardio-vascular
disease: Susan Parker. exer-
cise stress technician; Rob-
ert Basch, director, physical
education department; and
Sylvia Zukin, director, wom-
en's health club. All are as-
sociated with Sinai Hospi-
tal.

Financial Troubles
Seen in Tel Aviv

TEL AVIV (JTA) — Ami-
kan Shapira, spokesman for
the municipality of Tel Aviv
has reported that the city is
constantly in the red and
currently lacks $2.5 million
each month to come out
even.
These deficits, he noted,
can only grow as the city's
financial situation goes
steadily from had to worse.
The chief problem is the
mounting price of goods and
services.

Freeman, a former Detro-
