2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 /4 tsp. garlic salt
Cook spinach as directed. Add well
beated eggs, seasoning and cream of
mushroom soup. Put in greased ring
mold or rectangular pyrex pan. Bake
at 350 degrees for one hour until
browned lightly. Can be prepared
ahead and frozen. Serves 4.
Note: Your pan should be large
enough to hold six cups of ingredients
or it will run over in the oven.
