FJCC to Install Officers, Board

The Flint Jewish Commu-
nity Council will install its
officers and board of gover-
nors at its 32nd annual din-
ner 6:30 p.m. Sept. 28 at
Cong. Beth Israel. Sen.
Philip Hart will be honored
with the council's humani-
tarian award.
The dinner is dedicated to
freedom for Soviet Jews and
Simhat Torah. Rosabeth
