Upon his arrival in the U.S. in 1936, Mr. Mark be- came the director of the YIVO Institute for Jewish Research, a post he held until 1945. Robert Feinberg, a leading labor lawyer and arbitrator in New York, died Sunday at age 63. He was labor counsel for the Federation of Jewish Philanthropies, United Jew- ish Appeal, National Jewish Welfare Board Development Corporation for Israel, Mon- tefiore and Maimonides Hospitals and Hebrew Home for the Aged.
