Dr. and Mrs. Myron Spal-
ter will he honored at the
Beth IVIoses Israel Bond
Tribute Dinner Aug. 27.
As co-chairman of the
optometric section of State
of Israel Bonds, Dr. Spalter
has been active in the Israel
Bond campaign with his
wife and three children
since the Yom Kippur War.
Mrs. Spalter is currently
serving as Israel Bond chair-
person for the Sharona
Chapter of Pioneer Women,
and has recently served as
chairperson for the 1975
Pioneer Women Israel Bond
Luncheon.

Mrs. Spalter continues
to volunteer in the Bond
office, and served on the
Sinai Hospital Women's
Guild for one year.

Wachler Heads
DSG Stag Day

NORMAN WACHLER

Norman Wachler has
been named chairman of the
26th annual Detroit Service
Group Stag Day, announce

Knollwood Country Club.

Wachler has been act-
ively involved in AJC-IEF
activities for several
years. Wachler was chair-
man of the campaign's

He is past board member
of the Fresh Air Society and
the Hebrew Free Loan As-
sociation.
Robert A. Steinberg, a
past Stag Day chairman,
will assist Wachler as asso-
ciate chairman of the
event.
