THE DETROIT JEWISH NEWS

Friday July 4 1975 9

Were Beckwith-Evans. We have a carpet store in the Orchard
Mall. Where we have been for about a year now.
We have a pretty amazing selection of brand-name, first-quality
carpets there. We have some pretty amazing prices on those
carpets, too. And, we have some very friendly people there
to help you.
There's only one thing we don't have: Customers.
Why? We have no idea. It can't be us. (We're the same
Beckwith-Evans people love at our 14 other stores.) And it can't
be our prices. (For example, you can get the finest Lees carpet we
carry — very elegant with a soft feel like fine silk — for just $11.99
sq. yd. Even though it should sell for $17.95!)
So what is it? We'd like your opinion. If you're thinking about
new carpet, either now or in the future, come in and see us.
We'll treat you royally.
After all, you'll probably be the only one there.
