Installation

The Zionist Organization
of Detroit will have its an-
nual installation dinner,
honoring Dr. Sidney Z. Leib,
past president, and Dr.
Theodore Mandell, presi-
dent, 6:30 p.m. Thursday at
the Zionist Cultural Center.

District Court Judge Nor-
man Feder will be installing
officer. A musical program
will be presented by humor-
ist Max Sosin and Cantor
" - man Adler of Cong. Bnai
id with Hal Gordon, ac-
companist.

Participating in the pro-
gram are: Dr. Leib, Dr. San-
ford A. Bennett, Louis Pan-
ush, Dr. Lester Zeff and Dr.

Young Adult Events at Center

The Jewish Community
Center has announced
young adult basketball will
be held 9:30-11:30 p.m.
Wednesdays at the 10 Mile
Center branch. There is a
nominal fee, and members
with membership cards will
be admitted at a reduced
fee.
Beginning June 24, young
adult volleyball will be held
9:30-11:30 p.m. Tuesdays at
the Center branch. There is
a nominal charge, with a
reduced rate for members
with cards.
Also beginning June 24 is
the young adult ham radio
class. The class will be held

Dr. Silvano Arieti, winner
of the 1975 National Book
Award in the field of
Science, and professor of

Schizophrenia." The com-

will be held at 7 p.m. Mon-
days and Wednesdays and
will run for eight weeks.

take advantage of the open
gym at the Center main
building 6-9:30 p.m. Mon-
days, Tuesdays and Thurs-
days; 3-9:30 p.m. Wednes-
days; 3-5 p.m. Fridays.
General swim hours are
2-4:30 p.m. Sundays;
6:30-9:30 p.m. Mondays;
7:30-9:30 p.m. Tuesdays;
5:45-9:30 p.m. Wednesdays;
3:15-4:30 p.m. Thursdays;
3:15-5 p.m. Fridays; and 1-4
p.m. Saturdays.
