UN Owes Canada for M.E. Forces OTTAWA (ZINS) — Min- ister Allan Maceachen told Parliament in Ottawa, UN members owed .52.5 million for keepirig UN forces in the Middle East. As of February 28, U.S. owed $17.3 million, Soviet Union $10.3 million, China $7.6 million, Japan $4.3 mil- lion, Italy $3.2 million, France $2.1 million, and Britain $1.8 million. Patriarch Justinian said that everything he had seen during his 10-day visit had left a favorable impression.
