appointment of Jane Her-
man of Savage BBG as
regional convention coor-
dinator for the coming pro-
gram year. Jane has been
a member of BBG for three
years and was both presi-
dent of Savage BBG and
chairman of the BBYO
Kick-off Dance in the past.
The annual regional con-
vention will take place in
December.

quette.

BBYO International Lead-
ership Training Conference
at Camp Bnai Brith in Star-
light. Pa. Those attending

BBG; Steve Schanes, Goode
AZA; and Jane Herman- ,
Savage BBG.
Five AZA chapters have
qualified for membership in
the District 6 Chai Club.
The Chai Club was estab-
lished to recognize chapters
who have given at least 18
hours of service to the com-
munity during the past
program year. Chapters
qualifying from Michigan
Region are: Jolson AZA,
Livonia; Goode AZA; Rose
AZA: Sporn AZA; and Herzl .
AZA, Windsor.
The AZA Softball League
plays 9 a.m. Sundays_ at
Cranbrook Park, Southfield.
The league is open to all
members of AZA and indi-
viduals may continue to sign
up for the league through
their chapters until June 20.
