ances brought -in from
abroad will, however, be-

The National Council of
Young Israel has endorsed
the purchase of an apart-
_xnent in a Florida condomin-
ium community, The Oaks,.

apartment condominium
complex set in the wooded

County. The Oaks is install-
ing, at purchaser's request,
kosher kitchens along with
providing Sabbath eleva-
tors. Immediately across
the road will be a kosher
butcher, bakery and delica-
tessen.

Phillip Stollman was re-
elected president of Young
Israel of Oak-Woods at its
annual membership meet-
ing.
Elected with him were:
Harold Platt, Sam Ginsburg
and Hyman Brown, vice
presidents; Manuel Levit-
sky,- treasurer; Mrs. David
Dombey and Wilbert
Simkovitz, secretaries.
Board members are: Mor-
ris Asher, Howard Burg,
Myer Eisenberg, Elie
Frances, Dr. Boaz Kahana,
Frank Leidetman, Robert
Torgow and Alex Ungar.
Their terms expire in 1978.
David Greenbaum was
elected for a one-year term.
Honorary board members
are Erry Loewenthar and
Joseph Rodd.

June 4 at the congregation's

Couples Club
to Present Film

The Married Couples Club
of Cong. Adat Shalom will
show the filni "A Conversa-
tion With Dr. Abraham J.
Heschel" 8 p.m. May 20 at
the synagogue.
The movie presents a 1973
interview with Dr. Heschel,
taped two weeks before his
death. Rabbi Jacob Segal
will give a review following
the film.
