The Rabbinic Conference
of Michigan will sponsor an
all-day conference on Jew-
ish law (Halakha) May 20 at
Cong...Beth Achim. Rabbi
Milton Arm has been ap-
pointed conference chair-
man.
Rabbi Charles .Rosenz-
veig, president, announced
this is the first conference
of its kind initiated by a lo-
cal body comprised of mem-
bers of the Orthodox and
Conservative rabbinates
who will delve into contem-
porary problems affecting
pronouncements in Jewish
law.
