Rossen, a major backer of the Ann Arbor Habad House project, is shown presenting a reso- lution of the Michigan State Senate to the Lubavitcher Rebbe in New York in January on the 25th anniversary of the Rebbe's accession to leadership. Rossen also told the Rebbe of the Michigan delegation's decision to estab- lish the Ann Arbor Habad House. Lubavitchers Plan Memorial Minyan will be held 5:45 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Temple Israel. A daily minyan and Sabbath services are held at Temple Beth El and the Northwest Detroit Israel Synagogue. The committee which ar- ranged the meeting is led by Isadore Starr who slated that in addition to honoring the "Kodoshim", the mar- tyred dead, the event will also inform young people about the Holocaust. with a gift "for his concern and patience" during the several weeks they studied with him. An incompleted Sefer Torah will be dedicated 1 p.m. Sunday at Cong. Mish- kan Israel, Nusach H'Ari — Lubavitcher Center. A procession will begin 12:30 p.m. that day at the corner of Kenosha Ave. and Nine Mile in Oak Park, in which the Sefer Torah will be carried under a hupa to the synagogue. The community is invited.
