science fair. Many children
entered the event. First
prize went to Reva Kresch,
second prize was won by
Reesa Bennett and third
went to Cheryl Snow. Win-
ning an honorable mention,
senior division, was Gary
Karp. Honorable mention
winners in the junior divi-
sion are Sara Ryback, Deb-
bie Engel and David Rube.
Akiva Talent Show win-
ners were: first, Zoe Levin;
second, Debbie Schreiber;
and third, Steven Weiss and
the school play.
The fourth and fifth
grade students recently
went to see "Young Abe Lin-
coln" at the Detroit Insti-
tute of Arts.
