2 lbs. fresh broccoli
(washed)
I/ cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. white horseradish
I /4 tsp. prepared mustard
1 /2 tsp. seasoning salt
Cook broccoli in a small
amount of boiling water
fr— about 15 minutes. Cook
1 just tender. Combine
suar cream, horseradish,
mustard, and seasoning
salt and pour over the
broccoli. Serves 6.
