Rose Bader, 76,
of Women's Club

Rose Bader, longtime ac-
tive member of the Chana
Czenesh Chapter of Pioneer
Women, died March 29 at
age 76.
Born in Russia, Mrs.
Bader was a member of the
Risziner Society and the for-
mer women's division of the
Sholem Aleichem Institute.
She and her husband, Sam-
uel, were among the first
residents of Allen Towers
Apts. for senior citizens.
Mrs. Bader organized its
culture club. She resided at
1935 Chene.
Besides her husband,
Mrs. Bader is survived by a
daughter-in-law, Mrs. Jerry
(Judith) Bader; a sister,
Mrs. Charles (Frances) Dri-
ker; three grandchildren
and one great-grandchild.

Store Owner

Rose Frank, vice presi-
dent and co-founder of the
Fashionette Shoppe in
Wyandotte and Brighton,
died March 29 at age 76.
A native Detroiter, Mrs.
Frank started in business in
Wyandotte in 1921. She
opened the Brighton store in
1973 after a fire forced the
closing of the Wyandotte
store. She was a member of
Women's American ORT
and Hadassah. She resided
at 16188 Oxley, Southfield.
She leaves a son, Harvey;
two brothers, Max Bittker
of San Carlos, Calif., and
Barney Bittker of Holly-
wood, Fla.; and two grand-
children.
