Kavanagh, Richard K. Brown, group vice presi- dent, U.S. Auto Sales, Chrysler Corp.; and Kermit Bailer, corporation counsel, city of Detroit, have been appointed as judges for the 13th annual Probus Club Awards for Academic Achievement at Wayne State University.
