Golda in Hospital
- for Stiff Shoulder

JERUSALEM, (JTA) —
Former Premier Golda Meir
was hospitalized last Friday
at the Hadassah Medical
Center in Jerusalem with a
"frozen shoulder," an illness
which' causes pain and stiff-
ness in the shoulders.

Doctors said Mrs. Meir
needed a relatively mild
treatment, and that she
should be out of the hospital
within a few days. It was
the third time in recent
weeks the 79-year-old kir-
mer premier was hospital-
ized. The first two were for
removal of cataracts.
