Drug Store Tests
Blood Pressures

Jewry on the Air

Sentry Drug Stores will
hold another free blood
pressure screening program
1-5 p.m. Wednesday at its
Southfield Store, 10 Mile
and Southfield Rds.
Trained medical person-
nel will conduct the screen-
ing and distribute informa-
tional literature on high
blood pressure. The pro-
gram is designed to reach
persons not under the regu-
lar care of a physician, who
ght have high blood pres-
.re and not be aware of it.
High blood pressure is
called the "quiet killer,"
since it often gives no symp-
toms of pain or discomfort.
Yet it is directly associated
with heart attacks, strokes
and kidney disease.
