neck cavities with salt, then

Stuffing (recipe - below).
Truss chicken. Place in
roasting pan. Roast at
325°F. about 45 minutes per
pound, or until done. Fif-
teen minutes before chicken
is done, brush with com-
bined Planters Peanut Oil
and honey.

In a mixing bowl combine
11/2 cups chicken broth, 1
tablespoon sugar, 3 table-
spoons Planters Peanut Oil,
1 teaspoon grated lemon
peel, 1 / teaspoon salt and a
generous dash cinnamon.
Mix well. Stir in 5 crushed
matzot and I/ cup raisins.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Makes about 6 servings.

and onions are seasoned,
tossed with Passover may-
onnaise and served in to-
mato cups or avocado

Combine chicken, eggs,
celery, onion, salt, pepper,
and mayonnaise in bowl.
Toss until well-mixed. Chill.
Just before serving spoon
into tomato cups or 'avocado
halves. Serve on lettuce
leaves.
Combine 2 eggs, 1 1/2 tea-
spoons salt, 1 teaspoon -dry
mustard, 1/2 teaspoon pa-
prika, 1/4 cup white vinegar
and 1/2 cup Planters Peanut
Oil in blender container.
Cover and whirl on medium
high speed just until mix-
- ture is blended. Without
turning off blender, •mme-
diately pour in 11/2 cups ad-
ditional oil in a slow steady
stream. If necessary, use
