Kogan on behalf of Yevge-
niya Mikhailovna Brovarnik
- of the Soviet Union. -
According to the Red
Cross, Kogan was born in
1882 or 1884 and had three
children, a son, Khaim, born
1910-1912 in Troyanov
lage, Zhitomir province; and
two daughters, Rakhil, who

Judge John M. Wise has
been elected a member of
the Traffic Safety Associa-
tion of Detroit's Board of
Trustees,. culminating a
long working relationship

and Judge Wise.
While Judge Wise sat on
the Traffic Court bench as a
referee from February, 1945
until his 'election to to Cir-
cuit Court in the spring of
1959, he and the Association
co-operated on many traffic
safety programs. This has
continued during his circuit
court tenure.
