job for persons cur-
rently unemployed, under-
employed and disadvan-
taged.

will be assisted by the Jew-
ish Vocational Service of
Los Angeles, according to
Mrs. ,Lawrence Weinberg,
president of the Jewish Fed-
eration-Council. _
3 tablespoons water
1 cup chopped semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 teaspoons grated orange peel
Vs teaspoon salt

2 cups matzoh meal
Matzoh meal
Beat eggs and sugar together until thick and
lemon colored; beat in Planters Peanut Oil
and water until blended. Stir in chopped
chocolate, chopped pecans, orange peel and
salt. Stir in 2 cups matzoh meal until well
mixed. Let batter stand for .10 minutes (it
will thicken as it stands). Drop batter in 4
strips .(each about 12-inches long by 11/2
inches wide) on baking sheets that have been
oiled and lightly dusted with matzoh meal.
Bake in moderate oven (375°F.) about 20
minutes, until a pale golden brown. Remove
from oven; immediately cut each strip into
about 15 (3/4 inch wide) diagonal slices.
Remove slices from baking sheets and .
allow to cool.
