National Honorary Socie-
ties of Israel at the home of
David Hermelin March 18.
Ambassador Idan was
formerly minister of the Is-
rael Embassy in Washing-
ton, and has held posts in
the Prime Minister's office,
in the Ministry of Defense
and at the embassies in
Paris and Bonn.
The National Honorary
societies include Israel
Bond's prime minister's
club, inaugural trustees,
Jerusalem guardians and
sponsors of Israel.

and the United Jewish Ap-
peal, and are members of
Shaarit Haplaytah and
Cong. Shaarey Zedek. Mrs.
Charlupski hosted the
founding meeting of the

Einstein Chapter in their
home.
A similar event will be
held Sunday March 16 at
Cong. Shaarey Zedek by
Louis Marshall Suburban
Lodge and Chapter to honor
brothers Norman and Ar-
nold Michlin.
Norman has been very
active in the lodge, serving
