the $100 Meeting of the Wo-
men's Division of the 1975
Allied Jewish Campaign-Is-
rael Emergency Fund at 12:30
p.m. Wednesday at the home
of Doralee Goldman in Frank-
lin.
Dr. Gruber has visited Is-
rael 26 times and is consider-
ed an expert on that coun-
try's development and prob-
lems. During her recent trip
to Russia she interviewed dis-
sident Soviet Jews.

nual Aliya Month, scheduled
for February and March, the
Michigan Aliya Center is en-
couraging groups to schedule
a speaker on opportunities in
Israel.

years in the Israeli Army,
and participated in the 1973
Yom Kippur War as an ar-
tillery officer.
During Aliya Month last
year he spoke to 25 audiences
in the Detroit area.
The second annual Aliya
Month was proclaimed by the
World Zionist Organization's
Pinhas Sapir in Jerusalem
and Charlotte Jacobson in the
United States.
Mrs. Jacobson said that the
WZO hopes to reach more
people than last year in its
education program, whil Sa-
