Lubavitch Women
Plan Dinner Project

Nshei Chabad, the Luba-
vitch women's organization,
will serve glatt kosher meals
for interested persons in the
community, 5-8 p.m. Sunday
at Cong. Mishkan Israel Nu-
sach H'ari, Lubavitcher Cen-
er. The dinner will be under
the supervision of the Vaad
Harabonim, the council of
orthodox rabbis.
Guitarist Mark Goldenberg
will entertain from 5:30-6:30
p.m. If the program is suc-
cessful, the women's group

will continue it on a regular

The Jewish Community
Center Nursery School in-

in room 202 of the Center
main building.
The guest speaker will be
Carol Gimbel, director of the
children's speech and lan-
guage program at Beaumont
Hospital, who will speak on
"Speech and Language De-
velopment in the Pre-School
Years."

Florida State University.

planned.

A New Jersey resident is
appealing to Detroiters for
pictures of his relatives who
died during the Holocaust.
Photographs are being
sought of Meir and Rivka
Liskowski and their daugh-
ter, Chaya, who lived in Su-
walki, Poland, before they
perished; and of Schneier
and Goldie Koniak and their
son, Tzalik. The brother of
Goldie and Rivka is Israel
Strelecki, and the three of
them, if they were alive now,
would be in their late 60s.
The Liskowskis were re-
lated to an Applebaum family
believed to be living in De-
troit. Iti is also known that
Strelecki had a friend named
Applebaum from Detroit who
settled in pre-state Israel.
