came the bride of Dr. Nor-
man W. Goldman in a recent
ceremony in the bride's Port
Arthur, Texas, home. Rabbi
David Burns officiated.
The bride is the daughter
of Dr. and Mrs. Alfred L.
Prejean of Port Arthur. Par-
ents of the bridegroom are
Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Gold-
man of Charlton Sq., South-
field.
The bride wore a jersey
gown highlighted with Alen-
con lace, a fitted bodice, high
neckline and long tapered
sleeves accented with motifs
of lace.
Kerri Prejean attended the
bride. Michael Shook, former
Detroiter of Houston, was
best man.
Following a honeymoon in
Rio de Janeiro, the couple
will live in Texas.

Child Care Council
Cites Mrs. Linden

Evelyn Linden, former
day care planner for United
Community Services of
Wayne County, was honored
by the Child Care Coordi-
nating Council of Detroit/
Wayne County for her con-
tributions to child- care in
Michigan over the last decade.
Mrs. Linden, of Lancaster
Dr., Southfield, developed
-training materials stressing
the developmental needs of
children, coordinated a study
on family day care homes,
and is active in both state
and local committees as an
advocate for children and
families.
An Evelyn education and
scholarship fund has been
established in her honor to
provide local residents an
opportunity to increase their
skills in work with children.

GLAMOUR AND LEISURE SPORTSWEAR

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 /2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsps. oil
3 and V8 cups flour
spaghetti sauce
4 oz. muenster cheese (block),
grated
mushrooms
oregano
Add yeast and suga to water.
Mix and set aside. PJt flour in
another mixing bowl. Make a
well in center of flour. Add oil,
salt and yeast mixture. Mix
dough well. Knead on a floured
board until smooth. Form a ball,
and put into a greased bowl.
Turn dough over in bowl. Cover
bowl with a clean dish towel
and let rise about 20 minutes.
Knead a minute. Divide into two
balls and roll them out into two
large circles. Put onto lightly
greased pizza pans.
Put sauce on the rolled out
dough. Bake at 400 degrees for
15 minutes. Take pizza out of
oven and sprinkle on muenster
cheese and mushrooms. Sprinkle
on oregano to taste. Bake 10
more minutes. Serve inunedir
ately.
