JERUSALEM — A "living
Laboratory" nursery school
.‘nd three research wings
have been dedicated at the
Hebrew University's School
of Education, by delegates
of the National Council of
Jewish Women summit con-
ference.
At the same ceremony on
the University's Mount Sco-
pus campus, an Honorary
Fellowship was bestowed on
.Ann and Adolph Robison,
who established one of the
wings. Ann Robison is Coun-
cil's Chairman of Interna-
tional Affairs.
In addition to the Robison
Wing. the University dedi-
cated the Rose Herman Lehr-
man and Morris I. Lewisohn
Wings, and the Forest Hills
Section Nursery School, an
observation nursery - school
where the on-the-spot reac-
tion of young children of all
backgrounds to new teaching
methods will be studied and
applied.
One hundred and fifty
Council delegates and many
of their husbands attended
the ceremonies.

Latices

The Hanuka season is upon
us, and potato latkes are the
classical favorite. For a treat
sure to please, try this latke
variation served with whole
berry cranberry sauce or
sour cream.

3 pounds red potatoes
2 medium onions
3 extra Itarat eggs
1 /3 cup matzo meal
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
salt

pepper
oil
Blend potatoes and onions in a
blender. Drain liquid and dis-
card. Add eggs and matzo meal
to potatoes. Add parsley flakes,
salt and pepper to taste. Drop by
spoonfuls in frying pan contain-
ing very hot oil. Brown on both
sides. Drain latkes. on paper
toweling. Serve hot.
