2 eggs
.1/4 cup unsifted flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon water
2 teaspoons Dry Sack Sherry
2 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned
(3/4 pound)
1 cup Planters Salted Cashews, finely
chopped
1 cup Planters Peanut Oil

Beat eggs slightly. Add flour, sugar,
salt, water and Dry Sack Sherry; beat
until smooth.
