During the seminar series, a selected group of women's division members tour Fed- Vice Consul to Talk on Middle East Israel's vice consul, Ariel Kerem, will be in Detroit Sunday, to provide _a public information briefing on the- current Middle Eastern situ- ation for a select gathering of Jewish community-leaders. The invitation-only break- fast session is sponsored and coordinated by 'the Jewish Community Council of Metro- politan Detroit with the coop- eration of the local branches of seven major national Jew- ish agencies. Kerem will present a com- prehensive assessment of Is- rael's needs, positions, and viewpoints on the issues sur- rounding t h e Palestinian question and its effect upon prospects for peace in the Middle East. He also will provide informative bacjc- ground materials for those in attendance.
