Dissolve yeast in lukewarm wa-
ter. Mix well. Let bubble for five
minutes. Mix hot water and hon-
ey. Add oil, salt and eggs. Stir.
Add yeast and flours. Mix well.
,Place in refrigerator for about
six hours.
Flour a board with unbleached
flour. Divide dough into four
balls. Knead each ball in a little
of the unbleached flour. Make
sure there is flour on- the rolling
pin and board before rolling out
since the dough is sticky.
Roll each ball into a fairly thin
rectangle. Sprinkle two tbsps.

raisins, 3/4 stick melted marga-
rine on each rectangle and roll-
like a- jelly roll.
Cut each roll Into six slices.
Place on a greased cookie sheet
fairly close together. Cover with
a clean, dry dish towel and place
in a warm place about 40 minutes
to allow to rise. Bake at 425 de-
grees for about 20 minutes or
until done. Serve warm with but-
ter.

vide into two balls. Roll out

each roll in a well-greased angel
food pan, pinching ends together.
Allow to rise again for three
more hours. Bake at 350 degrees
for 1/2 hour, or until tests done.
