Sisterhoods Plan Parley, Ritual Vote _ NEW YORK — Delegates representing 810 _sisterhoods affiliated with Conservative Judaism in the United States and four other countries will meet for a biennial conven- tion Nov. 17-21 in Kiamesha Lake, N.Y. Israel's Ambassador to the United States, Simha Dinitz, will speak on the Mideast situation. The delegates also will discuss and vote on the ex- panded role of women during prayer services in the syna- gogue.
