that Social, Inc. will be re-
organized for those young
people with no place t ) meet
others, has made a discov-
ery . . . The need is great,
she learned, but' a reluctance
by many she contacted exists
at becoming part of the or-
ganizing arm . . Few are
not "too busy" to attend af-
fairs that would be given .. .
Much of the attitude taken
was, 'ILet's see what you've
got to offer." . . . Too bad,
but no deterrent we hope for
those wishing an organiza-
tion can 'be formed in which
they can be shown how to
grab hold of the reins and
call shots for good-time get-
togethers . . . Those inter-

he could put it in the crib of
his first son, Bradley Steven,
born to wife Janet .. They
also have a 3-year-old daugh-

OAK PARK CITY Coun-
cil's decision to make this
Monday at 7:30 p.m. its first
public' forum meeting doesn't
mean replacement of the
council meetings the first
and third Mondays of each
month . . It'll serve as a
quarterly get-together where
citizens can come and dis
cuss any city-related matter
with the council members
. . . They'll be informed with
no agenda established prior
to the gathering . . . Initia-
tion of the public forum is by
Oak Park's first council wo-
man, Charlotte Rothstein .. .
Sounds like a very good idea
to let citizens air their views.
48 YEARS AGO, a handful
of pharmacists and their
wives formed the Aesculap-
ian Pharmaceutical Associa-
tion and Ladies Auxiliary
. . . Today, a membership
of 185 again celebi. ates its
annual charity dinner-dance,
Nov. 6, at the Raleigh House
. . . with funds raised for
their ,many charitable pro-
jects, including medicine to
those in need . . Chairmen
are Helen Biller (Harold),
557-7563, and Ed Rothenberg,
