dash of tabasco sauce
Clean and wash beans the night
before preparation and let them
stand overnight, covered with
water to which 1 1/2 tsps. of salt
have been added. Next day boil
beans in the same water for 1 1/4
hours. In the meantime, in _ a
sauce pan mix onions, green pep-
per, garlic, salt and tabasco sauce;
add oil and cook over medium
heat for 5 minutes. Add ground
meat, water and soup mix. Cook
until meat is browned. Add mar-
garine and paprika and cook cov-
ered for 1/2 hour on low heat.
Stir sauce into beans. Heat to
blend all ingredients and serve
hot. Serves 8 to 10.
