BB Service Wins 2nd Federal Grant WASHINGTON — Bnai Brith's career and counsel- ing services has been award- ed a federal grant of $74,870, supplementing a grant made last year for research into new career opportunities for adults. The new one-year grant by the U. S. Office of Education is to finance field tests of data the Bnai Brith agency assembled during the past year in a special survey of adult career education re- sources. Detroiter to Be Member of Technicon Institute Board Sam Rich, chairman of the board of directors of the De- troit Chapter of the Ameri- can Society for Technion- Israel Institute of Technol- ogy, was elected to a three- year term as a member of the Technion board of gov- ernors at its annual board meeting in Haifa.
